Most courses meet Monday-Thursday for 5 hours daily (9am-2pm; 6pm-11p.m. EST) over 2 weeks totaling 40 hours of live online instruction. Regular breaks are included.

The live Instructor-led course will close after the published course hours are completed. However, your course materials remain available to you for six months for the practice exams and for one year for video and lab content.

If MyComputerCareer rejects a student's enrollment or cancels a course or test prep class, all tuition and fees paid will be refunded.

Also, if a student cancels their enrollment within 5 calendar days after accepting/signing the enrollment agreement during the checkout process, cancels anytime prior to the start of class, or does not show up for their scheduled course, a full refund will be made to the student.

No refunds will be provided once the student begins the course/test prep class or does not cancel the enrollment agreement within 5 days from the purchase date.

Refunds are also not available for products that have been delivered (including, but not limited to) exam vouchers and tutoring services that have been rendered.

Pro and Premier memberships, which renew automatically at the end of their terms of service, may be cancelled at any time by going to our Membership Portal. Due to the nature of the content and membership, no prorated refunds for early cancellation are available.
